Future Projects

Alsager Health & Wellbeing Centre

This project brings together the two GP practices serving the town of Alsager, which will provide a wide range of services.   Works are underway with completion scheduled for Summer 2008.

Middlewich, Cheshire - Oaklands

To replace an existing ageing and outgrown surgery, and which will be part of a much wider regeneration plan for the civic area in the centre of the town.

Kingsway, Ossett

This popular anticipated scheme totals 3000 sq m to accommodate two GP practices, local clinic and pharmacy.  A revised scheme has been submitted for Planning Permission and a decision is expected in the New Year.  Building works are scheduled to commence as soon as possible once approval is obtained.

Scholar Green - Cinderhills Surgery

The development will replace the Village Surgery currently operating out of a converted house. The PCT are expected to co-locate some of their services to the new site, which is close to the centre of the village. Expected completion 2008.

Kew Surgery, Southport

The new surgery will incorporate a dentist and pharmacy. Unusually, this development will be a single storey building designed to meet the needs of 3 practitioners. Completion expected towards the end of 2008.

Ruabon Medical Centre, Ruabon

Provision of a new modestly sized surgery capable of being built prior to demolishing the old buildings on the same site.   Design Commision for Wales approval expected imminently, works to commence on site late Spring 2008.
