Middlewich, Cheshire - Oaklands

A large scale development forming two buildings, the main to house the existing Oaklands Surgery, currently located on an adjoining site, Acorns Surgery, currently located in the town centre, PCT community clinical space and a Children's Centre. The second and smaller building, to be constructed on the existing Oaklands site, will house a pharmacy and dental practice. The land assembly to create the development will also include the relocation and provision of a new all weather sports facility, including new pitch surface, drainage, fencing, floodlighting and equipment store. The scheme is lodged for planning and a decision is imminent, with work scheduled to start early 2010.

Scholar Green - Cinderhills Surgery

The development will replace the existing surgery, which is currently operating from a converted house. The new building is to be constructed on a nearby site within, close to the centre of the village of Scholar Green. The premises will provide modern practice facilities, including a dispensary and PCT community clinical space. After a lengthy planning process and land negotiations, work is due to start imminently, with works on site scheduled for 10 months.

Ruabon Medical Centre, Ruabon

Provision of a replacement surgery building on the site of the existing practice, whilst maintaining the ongoing operation of the current medical centre. Works started on site in September 2009, with completion scheduled for June 2010.
